Program Director Nepal Head
Mr. Ghimire founded the partner organization in 2005 and has over 20 years of experience in community development and international volunteer coordination. He oversees all program operations and safety protocols, ensuring comprehensive support for participants while maintaining strong community relationships.
Richa Ghimire
Program Manager
Ms. Ghimire coordinates daily program activities and serves as a primary liaison for participant welfare. She manages program implementation, monitors safety protocols, and ensures meaningful engagement with local communities. Her expertise ensures programs meet both participant and community needs.
Anjali Maharjan
Volunteer Coordinator
Ms. Maharjan provides direct support to international participants, handling orientation, ongoing assistance, and emergency coordination. She serves as a primary contact for safety concerns and daily support needs, ensuring participants feel supported throughout their experience.
